• 4/19/07

  The Cover Band is back together! Kevin has returned from Pittsburg, and the band is planning on hitting the town hard. Look for us on the beach and in St. Augustine starting in May. Josh will also be playing some shows solo acoustic… check out the new mp3 demos for some clips.

  Look out for a bunch of new material: Nirvana, Weezer, John Mayer, 311, Marley, Incubus, Hendrix, Jack Johnson, Dylan, Chili Peppers, and more.

• 7/22/06

  We've finally got some solid gigs in the books, and more coming! We've been hard at work learning new tunes and recording our new demo (with more than one microphone!). It will be a vast improvement over our previous, walkee-talkee quality release.

  This Wednesday (July 26), will be our first Jax beach gig, so please come out to Eddie Bahamas and show some support. We've put a lot of work into putting some solid sets of music together that we truly believe you'll enjoy.

  Also, we have acquired a regular Wednesday night gig at Sparetime, and will be playing our first show there Wed. Aug 2. We hope to make it a great weekly hang, with fresh tunes every week and a groovy vibe. Far out.

  Well...

  Our first two gigs!....... We had a great time! thanks to everyone at Sliders for making it possible! We got a lot of great feedback on the Death Cab, 311, Coldplay, The Shins, and Incubus tunes (Thanks for your kind words)!

  Friday will sure to be a great night as we will be performing some new tunes! Check out below for an mp3 download of one or two of our songs from these performances.

  What's going on folks? Welcome to our new website.

  We're a brand new band out of Jacksonville Beach, FL. We've been in the woodshed for the last two months, honing down a solid set of covers to unleash upon the South.

  Black Crowes? We got it. Nirvana? We got it. Steely Dan? We got it. Deathcab for Cutie? We got it. Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen? We... well, you get the picture.

  So keep in touch, and check back at this site. We'll keep you posted as we begin to fill in our schedule. Come out for a beer... you'll love it.
